Hi, I'm Karim.
I'm an independent AI consultant in Beirut. I help people who run real businesses decide what to automate, build the plan and avoid expensive mistakes.
I started in software, moved into machine learning, and for the last eight years I've worked where AI meets daily operations: dispatch desks, clinics, shops, agencies. The pattern is always the same. The best results come from one small workflow done well, not from a grand AI strategy.
That is why I work one-to-one. A single focused session is often enough to find the right first step, and I'd rather tell you honestly that something is not worth automating than sell you a tool you don't need.
