1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of http://localhost:3000 (the "Site") and the sessions you book with Karim Nassar ("we", "us"). By booking a session you agree to these terms.
2. What we offer
We offer one-to-one online sessions (for example consultations) in the formats and lengths shown on the Services page. Sessions take place on a video call using the meeting link we email you. Nothing physical is shipped.
3. Booking and holding a time
When you choose a time and submit the checkout form, we hold that time for you for the period stated on the booking page and in your email (24 hours unless we say otherwise). A held time is not yet a confirmed booking. If we do not receive and confirm your payment before the hold ends, the time is released and may be booked by someone else, and we will email you to let you know.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) per session. Payment is made manually via Whish Money. After you request a booking we email you our Whish payment details; you pay in the Whish app (you do not need to send us a receipt). We confirm your booking once we have seen your payment in our Whish account; to help us find it we ask for your name and WhatsApp number when you book. We may decline a booking if payment cannot be verified.
5. Confirmation and the meeting link
Your booking is confirmed when we email you a confirmation with the date, time and meeting link. The meeting link is personal to you: please do not share it. We send a reminder before your session.
6. Changing or cancelling
To change or cancel a session, reply to your confirmation email as early as you can. We will do our best to find a new time that suits you. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, we will move it or refund you by Whish Money. If you cancel later, or do not attend, we may keep the payment. If we cancel a session, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.
7. Our responsibilities
We will provide the session with reasonable skill and care. Sessions give general professional guidance based on the information you share; they are not a guarantee of any result. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
8. Your responsibilities
Please join on time, from a place where you can speak freely, and give us accurate information. Be respectful: we may end a session, without refund, if someone behaves abusively.
9. Recording and confidentiality
We do not record sessions unless you ask us to and we agree. We treat what you tell us as confidential and do not share it except where the law requires.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, and any materials we share with you, belong to Karim Nassar or its licensors. You may use materials we give you for your own purposes but may not resell or republish them.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The Site and sessions are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karim Nassar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session concerned.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
