This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Karim Nassar collects at http://localhost:3000 and how we use it.

1. What we collect

  • Booking information: your name, email address and WhatsApp number, the service and time you booked, any note you add, the price, and the status of your booking (held, confirmed, cancelled...).
  • Payment matching: you pay in the Whish Money app. To confirm your booking we look in our own Whish account for your payment, using your name and WhatsApp number (we may also message you on WhatsApp if we cannot find it). We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
  • Support messages: your name, email and message if you contact us, including when you ask our chat assistant to pass your question to the team (we then also receive the last few messages of that chat).
  • Chat assistant questions: the assistant answers from this website's own content. The questions you type are processed to find an answer and are not stored by us.
  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address, kept in our email list at Resend until you unsubscribe (every email has an unsubscribe link).
  • Anonymous visit counts: we count visits and which pages are viewed, as totals only, with no cookies and no personal identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to: hold and confirm your booking, send you the newsletter if you subscribed, send you payment, confirmation, reminder and rescheduling emails, run your session, answer your questions, keep records of payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site:

  • Cloudflare hosts the website, delivers it securely, and stores our booking records (in a database) and uploaded files (in a private storage bucket).
  • Resend sends our transactional emails (payment instructions, confirmations, reminders, support replies) and keeps our newsletter list and sends the newsletter.
  • Whish Money processes payments in its own app under its own privacy policy.
  • Google Meet or Zoom (the video service named in your confirmation email) carries the session itself under its own privacy policy.

These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, support and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@karimnassar.example. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to what we are required to keep by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and signed links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision.
