What to expect in your first session

If you have never booked a consultation like this, here is exactly how it goes, so you can arrive relaxed.

Before the session

You pick a service and a time on the booking calendar, enter your name and email, and pay with Whish Money. Your time is held for you while you pay. Once I confirm the payment you receive an email with the date, the time and the meeting link. A reminder arrives the day before.

What to prepare

Almost nothing. A sentence about what your business does and the process or question you want to talk about is enough. If you have an example (a spreadsheet, a prompt, a screenshot of a messy inbox), keep it handy and share it on screen if you like.

During the call

We start with your situation. I ask plain questions: who does this task, how often, what goes wrong. Then we narrow down to the options that make sense and I explain the trade-offs without jargon. You can interrupt, ask me to slow down or ask "what would you do?" at any point.

What I will not do

I will not push a tool I earn commission on, because I earn none. I will not recommend automation where a simple checklist would do. And I will not record the session without asking.

After the session

Within 48 hours you receive a written summary with the decisions we made and your next steps. Depending on the service, you may also get a diagram, a plan or a set of notes you can pass to your team. Most services include a follow-up question by email.

Is it for you?

If you are unsure which service to book, start with the AI Readiness Call. It is the shortest, the lowest price, and it tells you whether a longer session is worth it.
